Well, it is Friday 29th February, 2008 and I thought I would get a head start on recording my progress in Net24 early. We don't officially start till Monday 3rd March, but I want to get this blog going so I can give full concentration to my studies when they start.
I have already introduced myself on the forum and signed up for my Wiki account. 'Wiki'! this is something foreign to me. I know what the Wikepedia is, but I never thought that it was used so readily as a day to day word. As I understand it a Wiki is a meeting point for people with a common interest to share resources and ideas on a particular subject. I guess this all fits in with the idea of online communities etc. So maybe what I am doing here is a kind of wiki. But only if I get people to look at it and read it and add to it. Hmmm, will have to think that one through.
Oh well, here goes!!!!
